The gingham has been so popular Spring 17 and this Summer that you can see this print in any store and collection. I decided to pair my gingham Victoria Beckham x Target suit with the polka dot Jeffrey Campbell platform to bring some edginess to the very preppy and polished print. I would recommend pairing the graphic prints with a pop of color, for example, mega trendy red color to enhance the contrast. I also put together some of the outfits for you as a fresh perspective how to transition your gingham into Fall season:

How to wear Dolce and Gabanna without actually wearing it? Here is the formula: all black+ feminine cuts+exaggerated forms and silhouettes. I think the third variable in this equation is the most important. I am a big fan of good drama, so exaggerated detailing can bring some new feelings to simple clothes. Just take my look: a simple black sandals are upgraded with a feather trim, a sweater is detailed with bows and my glasses are embellished with flowers- simple forms spiced with exagerated detailing.
As usual, some of my observations and inspirations. This time from D&G:
Sweater- Mix vintage

I am obsessed with Advanced Style blog. If you have never heard about Iris Apfel and Valerie Von Sabel you definitely need to check out this blog that captures bold and elegant style of older New Yorkers. It is interesting that the older fashionistas have more courage to mix prints and wear bright accessories. That courage makes their style unique and unrepeatable; what is impossible to say about “style” perception that we have nowadays. I feel that we assume that “style” is a synonym for “hype”. That is why Pinterest and Instagram are full of Kardashian family clones that look the same.
My today’s look was inspired by the way Advance style ladies mix prints, according to certain rules:
2.Fabric has to match (wool with heavier textures, silk or chiffon with lighter)
3. Add a resting point ( a part of your outfit where an eye can rest, in my case the rest point are my shoes)
Enjoy some inspirations from Advanced Style:

All you need is love and…some summer outfit. Hippie trend has been a go-to summer style for over five decades. In order to add some modern touch to your “peaceful” outfit, you should accessorize it with edgy pieces. Try sunglasses or a glamorous hat. As usual, fabulous inspirations for you:
pants: Vintage from 1989
shirt: Jones New York
belt: Forever 21
shoes: Lucky Brand

Hello my stylish friends!
All of us know that classic fitting blazer is a must-have for everybody! You can combine it with heels to create edgy, runway look or even with snickers(which is super trendy this Fall). Although the menswear trend has been popular for several years, Marlene Dietrich was actually among the first to pioneer the androgynous style. She wore masculine three-piece suits to create a distinctly masculine look that helped to revolutionize and redefine women’s fashion (and actually spice it out).During the 1930s, she helped to popularize and make pants acceptable for women to wear. Dietrich’s style inspired me for the outfit above. Here are some of her well known looks, enjoy:
