Hey, Stylish!

The gingham has been so popular Spring 17 and this Summer that you can see this print in any store and collection. I decided to pair my gingham Victoria Beckham x Target suit with the polka dot Jeffrey Campbell platform to bring some edginess to the very preppy and polished print. I would recommend pairing the graphic prints with a pop of color, for example, mega trendy red color to enhance the contrast. I also put together some of the outfits for you as a fresh perspective how to transition your gingham into Fall season:

Hey, Stylish!

Happy 4th of July all the stylish people from the US! As you know, it’s a tradition to wear the flag abbreviatures for the celebration and I am so happy to experiment with it. The flag theme has always been the inspiration for many designers and you can notice this trend in Balenciaga‘s and Balmain‘s collections. If you want to adopt this trend in real life, try to use it with a humor and mix it up with accessories (in my case a Breton hat). I think the most interesting inspirations are from:

Hey, Stylish!

Florals are so expected to be worn in summer, but there are thousands of ways to wear it unexpectedly. I am a big fan of Alessandro Michele’s politics toward new collections of Gucci house: a dash of vintage vibes, modern cuts and print on print, especially florals on florals or florals on an animal pattern. As you know, I like matching things and for me combining botanical print is the optimal solution for the unconventional way to wear print. I was inspired by a couple of gorgeous examples from the runway:

Hey, Stylish!
I am very happy to have an opportunity to come back and continue tracking down the evolution of my own style and share some of my visual inspiration with you. I like to think of myself as a person who does not do brands or trends, rather wearing what I feel is beautiful. However, it is really hard not to follow fashion, even though the style is the priority. The spring season was defined by three main trends: ruffles, stripes, and metal. However, I always liked metallic hues and always considered them being almost the “new nude”color. Surprisingly, the silver hue with that liquid quality works with almost everything. My favorite combination would be white and silver. As usual, I am very inspired by the runway, since it is most an art form, rather than design. For today’s’ look I was inspired by:

Hippie Silk

Hey stylish!

All you need is love and…some summer outfit. Hippie trend has been a go-to summer style for over five decades. In order to add some modern touch to your “peaceful” outfit, you should accessorize it with edgy pieces.  Try sunglasses or a glamorous hat. As usual, fabulous inspirations for you:

Hello stylish!

What are your associations with 70’s? For me 70’s is a free spirit of social movements in extreme bell bottoms and over-sized sunglasses. 70’s trend is one of the most prevailing in Spring 2015. Please never wear historical trends  head to toe! In order to look stylish, it is better to mix replica clothes with contemporary pieces (in my case suede shoes without platform and elongated vest). Hi stylish!

It is no-brainer that pieces from men’s wardrobe are our best friends this season. However, flight jacket or “bomber” is a historical piece that can modify any outfit to THE outfit.Pair it with classical pieces or sport chic bottoms and you are a real pilot. Here is some inspirations for you:
