I am so excited that it’s finally cold and I can wear fur jackets on a daily basis as a statement piece. I noticed that the feather trend is still going very strong and I think you should definitely go for it and do not be afraid of its impracticality. Actually, feather jackets are very versatile if you know how to dress down the “glamorous” feel of it. I would recommend wearing it with jeans or slacks (like I did in this look). I am leaving you with some cool combinations I put together for you, let me know what you think!

My look: pants (ZARA), top (thrifted), hat ( www.ultra-cat.com … coming soon)
I am so happy that Fall is finally here and the fall-winter colors are finally appropriate to wear. My most favorite fall color so far is gray that you can see at Marni’s and Alexander Wang collections. Gray can make any cheap clothing look more presentable and polished, just make sure the cut is flattering. The best perks of gray that it is the universal color that would enhance any other color and hue! I leave you with cool inspirations:

Capes are coming back this winter and I am so happy to score this 70’s cape that makes any outfit feel so Fall-ready. I am a big fan of capes because it gives that royal elegance to any look, however, it definitely adds up the volume to body proportions, that is why I advocate for thick textures that hold the form like Chloe and Alberta Ferretti below. You can also experiment with the length of the capes and wear them over other coats and jackets.

The furry shoe is the very controversial trend, but I really love it. I truly believe that the shoe makes the whole outfit and you can rock the furry slipper or feather mocassins with anything…even the workwear, leather jacket or the evening gown. Though, I would really recommend wearing it with simple and clean silhouettes to balance up the wild look. You can also choose the closed toe models to highlight the quirky nature of this trend. I leave you with some inspiration:

The exaggeration of the forms and silhouettes is the most important trend this Fall. You can notice a lot of shoulder pads and puffy sleeves at Dior, Balenciaga, and other runways. If you want to wear this trend in life, I would recommend wearing it with a straight bottom rather than fitted one, to make look extra edgy and careless.
The exaggerated forms always look better in neutral colors and black because you can really appreciate the intricate silhouette in a clean color. I already had created some of the dramatic sleeves outfits previously, so you can get some inspiration from there.
I leave you with great examples to take note of:
